Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated · July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the RageCaptcha API. Breaking any rule below can result in immediate suspension without refund and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement.
1. You Must Not
- Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or degrade any system, network, or service you do not own or have written permission to test.
- Attempt to defraud, deceive, or impersonate any person or organization, including through account creation, credential stuffing, or spam.
- Use the Service to violate any law in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the target site.
- Circumvent security controls that protect minors, financial systems, healthcare data, or election infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service beyond your rate limits.
2. Rate Limits & Abuse
Your API key is subject to per-second and per-minute limits based on your tier. Repeatedly exceeding them, generating floods of failed tasks, or otherwise straining the platform is grounds for throttling or suspension.
3. Account Hygiene
- One person, one account. Multi-accounting to bypass limits, promos, or bans is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key secret. Leaked keys must be reset from the dashboard immediately.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you believe an account or usage pattern is violating this AUP, email abuse@ragecaptcha.com with as much detail as possible. We review every report.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice depending on severity. Balance associated with a terminated account for AUP violation is forfeited. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
