Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the RageCaptcha API (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity performed with it. Sharing accounts or reselling access without written permission is prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violating it may result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Billing & Refunds

• All balances are prepaid. Usage is deducted per successful solve according to the published pricing.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or free trials.
• Prices may change with 14 days' notice; balance already loaded is honored at the rate published at solve time.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as-is" without any uptime guarantee unless agreed in writing. Solves are best-effort; provider-side changes (target site updates, network faults) may temporarily degrade success rates.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, documentation, and design, is owned by RageCaptcha. You retain ownership of the tasks you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP, that pose a security risk, or that are inactive for extended periods. On termination your API key is revoked and unused balance is forfeited unless prohibited by law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RageCaptcha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
